Working with Ramsey Town Commissioners, This ambitious project involved the demolition and complete redevelopment of an existing housing estate, delivering a £25 million regeneration scheme constructed in phases over a six-year period. The masterplan arranges terraced housing around a series of central community open spaces and play areas, creating a clear neighbourhood structure and shared public realm for residents. The architectural language draws on the proportions and rhythm of Victorian terraced housing, reinterpreted with a contemporary approach suited to modern residential standards. The scheme creates a cohesive residential environment that combines traditional urban form with carefully planned communal spaces, supporting both everyday living and a strong sense of community.
