Established in 1999, McGarrigle Ayre Architects is one of the Isle of Man’s leading architectural practices. As island specialists, we have a deep understanding of the Isle of Man’s planning system, construction market and local way of working.

We provide clear, practical, architectural services across residential, commercial and public sector projects, supporting clients from early feasibility through to delivery on site. Our portfolio includes private homes, housing developments, offices, hotels, care and education buildings, as well as refurbishment and regeneration projects. Regardless of scale, our focus is on creating well-considered, thoughful buildings that are functional, buildable, cost-effective and responsive to their surroundings.

We are based in our studio in Douglas and work across the Isle of Man and the UK. We are a RIBA Chartered Practice, supported by a team of eight bringing a collective 150+ years of combined professional experience. The practice is led by Director Jasmin Eastwood (R.I.B.A.), who has over a decade of experience working both on the Isle of Man and in the UK, for award-winning large commercial and boutique architectural practices.
