The scheme comprises the demolition of the existing Cooil Ny Marrey complex and the redevelopment of the site to provide a new 45-bedroom residential care home and day care facility for Manx Care in Ramsey. The development replaces the existing outdated building with a modern, purpose-designed care environment that supports the needs of residents, staff and visitors.

The project provides high-quality accommodation arranged around shared living and support spaces, alongside dedicated day care facilities serving the wider community. Planning approval for the scheme was granted in October 2022.
