Extension, Braddan Church.
This project involved the design of a rear extension to the existing traditional stone-built church in Braddan, providing improved access and a new welcoming entrance to the building and community space. The extension has been carefully designed to complement the character of the original church, using a combination of timber and cut stone to ensure the new structure remains in keeping with its surroundings. The materials and simple architectural form create a warm and inviting entrance while respecting the historic fabric of the existing building. The scheme enhances the arrival experience for visitors and congregation members while providing improved functionality for the church.
