Castle Rushen High School
The project involves the redevelopment of Castle Rushen High School, creating a new secondary school campus for the south of the Isle of Man. The proposals aim to deliver modern teaching accommodation alongside sports and community facilities, forming a contemporary learning environment designed to meet the needs of students, staff and the wider community.
McGarrigle Ayre Architects are acting as the local architect, working collaboratively with UK education specialist architects Sheppard Robson as part of an integrated design team, alongside engineers and technical consultants.
The scheme is progressing through the design stages with the aim of delivering a new purpose-built learning campus, replacing the existing school buildings and providing modern facilities that support contemporary teaching and learning.
