This project involved the refurbishment of a Victorian building at 8 Finch Road in Douglas, adapting the property to provide modern office accommodation. The works reconfigured the internal layout to create practical and flexible workspace while updating finishes and building services to suit contemporary commercial use. Care was taken to retain the character of the existing building while improving its functionality. The scheme was designed to allow the individual floors to be let to separate tenants, providing flexible commercial space for the landlord while supporting modern leasing arrangements.
