Clay Cross.

This project forms part of the Clay Cross Town Centre regeneration, a mixed-use development delivering new retail, commercial and community spaces within the town centre. McGarrigle Ayre Architects acted as the delivery architect for main contractor Inside, working as part of the wider design team to develop the scheme through the technical design and delivery stages. The project brings together a range of uses to support the regeneration of the high street while creating modern, flexible spaces for businesses and community activity. The development forms part of the wider Clay Cross Town Deal initiative, helping to revitalise the town centre and support long-term economic growth. The project is due to complete 2026.
