About Us:

Established in 1999, McGarrigle Ayre Architects is one of the Isle of Man’s leading architectural practices.

We provide clear, practical architectural services across residential, commercial and public sector projects, supporting clients from early feasibility through to delivery on site. Our portfolio includes private homes, housing developments, offices, hotels, care and education buildings, as well as refurbishment and regeneration projects. Regardless of scale, our focus is on creating well-considered buildings that are functional, buildable and responsive to their surroundings.

The practice is led by Director Jasmin Eastwood, who has over a decade of experience working both on the Isle of Man and previously in the UK, for large commercial and boutique architectural practices. Under her leadership, the practice combines strong design thinking with a clear understanding of how projects move from concept through planning and into construction.

As island specialists, we have a deep understanding of the Isle of Man’s planning system, construction market and local way of working. We are based in our studio in Douglas and work across the Isle of Man and the UK.

We are a RIBA Chartered Practice, supported by a team of eight bringing over 150 years of combined professional experience.
