The scheme provides self-contained home arranged within a carefully planned residential development, creating accessible homes suited to the needs of later life. The design focuses on practical layouts, good natural light and comfortable living spaces that support everyday living. The development forms part of the wider provision of later living housing on the Isle of Man, delivering modern accommodation that enables residents to live independently while remaining connected to their local community.
