Kings Reach.

This project involved the extension, alteration and refurbishment of the existing Kings Reach Care Home in Ramsey, creating improved accommodation and facilities for residents. The scheme refubished and extended the existing two-storey care home building providing 52 en-suite bedrooms, alongside a range of supporting spaces including lounges, dining areas, kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as staff accommodation. External works included the provision of a resident's garden, cycle parking, parking for 18 vehicles and a dedicated drop-off area close to the main entrance, improving access for visitors, staff and service vehicles. The project significantly enhances the quality of accommodation and facilities, supporting the continued provision of high-quality residential care in Ramsey.
