Coronation and Jubilee Terraces.

This project involves the refurbishment of existing housing at Coronation and Jubilee Terraces in Braddan, undertaken for Braddan Commissioners as part of ongoing improvements to the local housing stock. The works include replacement roofs with associated thermal upgrades, together with the installation of new energy-efficient windows, improving the overall performance of the buildings while extending their lifespan. A phased decant strategy has been implemented to minimise disruption to residents while the works are carried out. The project is currently on site, delivering warmer, more comfortable and energy-efficient homes for the Braddan community.
