Working with Ramsey Town Commissioners, the Mayfield scheme provides a later living development comprising 37 apartments, designed to support independent living within a well-connected residential setting. The development includes 27 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartments, arranged around shared circulation and communal spaces that encourage interaction while maintaining privacy for residents. The scheme was carefully planned to provide accessible homes suited to the needs of older residents. Completed in 2018, the project delivers high-quality public sector housing that balances independence, accessibility and community living within a thoughtfully designed residential environment.
