Swagelok, Ballafeltcher Industrial Estate.

This project involved the refurbishment of an existing industrial building for Swagelok, upgrading the facility to support the company’s operational requirements. The works included the installation of new external cladding, improving the building’s appearance and performance while extending the lifespan of the existing structure. The refurbishment modernised the facility while retaining the original building framework. The project demonstrates how existing industrial buildings can be successfully upgraded to provide modern, efficient workspace suited to contemporary manufacturing and industrial use.
