Strand HQ, Tromode

This project involved the design of a new industrial headquarters building for Strand on the Tromode Industrial Estate in Braddan. McGarrigle Ayre Architects have worked extensively across Tromode Industrial Estate, supporting the landlord and tenants as the estate continues to evolve to meet changing business requirements. This experience has provided a strong understanding of the operational needs of businesses located within the estate. The Strand headquarters provides modern industrial accommodation designed to support the company’s operational requirements while contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the wider business park.
